12 weeks delivery no replies totally useless
I also bought product and used to shop here regularly until my last experience of 12 weeks waiting for the product. Guess I was lucky to get it but it took literally hundreds of emails and ph calls to get anywhere. Just do yourself a favour and don't shop with Greg or Sharlee. Similar products can be bought on eBay from reputable sellers at fair prices. Just pay via Paypal for full protection and do not buy from this mob who now seem to just take the money and run. Worse comes to worse go to dept fair trading and report these losers.

Sharlee Stockfeeds did not deliver meds!
Sharlee Stockfeeds in Australia advertises good prices on flea and heartworm meds so I ordered online 5/7/2011. I have not received $400 worth of meds that I ordered in over a month! They are not returning phone calls or emails despite repeated attempts to contact them! I am trying to get money back based on fraud but that will be a long process! My animals need their meds so I had to order elsewhere so am out twice the money. DO NOT ORDER from these theives!!!!Greg at Sharlee Stockfeeds will steal your money and not deliver the goods!!

Has anyone started a class action yet!!!?
Come January of 2013 it will be 2 years since i placed my order of 3 boxes comfortis for my dog. I e-mailed Greg directly and he did respond the first 3 e-mails but now nothing! I want to know if anyone has started a class action suit to sue Sharlee Stockfeeds. The first 4 orders i made with him i did receive. Or course it took no less then about 6 months with each order but he always told me it was customs. I just want my money back. Another PISSED consumer! Thank you for your concerns.

Ripped off by Sharlee Stockfeeds
I placed an order over the internet, which eventually arrived but not until after many weeks and many excuses in response to my email enquires ... But the order was incomplete. When I then tried to contact the company to resolve this, my repeated emails went unanswered. The phone number from their webpage is answered by an answering machine, and repeated messages left are not responded to. There is an extremely high chance that this company will rip you off too - do not risk it ! Greg Stratton from Sharlee Stockfeeds has demonstrated that he has absolutely no business ethics and no conscience.

Sharlee Stockfeeds - do not order!
Well in trying to find ways to contact Greg at Sharlee Stockfeeds I found this website. I will be lodging a formal complaint with consumer affairs/dept of fair trading if not contacted within 24 hours by the operator. I will also contact my credit card facilitator and my lawyer. I ordered over $100 of cat food over a week ago and have not received it, nor am able to get a response by email or phone. His phone has no answer service. He does not reply to emails. I will be posting warning on facebook, youtube and am happy to contact all the current affairs shows to have a nation-wide warning put out about this operator. For his sake, he'd better refund my money within 3 days or he'll regret encountering me. I know my stuff and I will NOT be ripped off. I have excellent legal and media contacts!

Ordered in May, still no reply or goods
I ordered Comfortis and Advantage from Sharlee's Stockfeed in May and still have not received my pet meds. My credit card was charged the next day. I have emailed them twice now with no reply and no reply on their phone. Now the website is down and the email I sent was bounced back. Only time I have ever ordered online without checking reviews and I will NEVER do that again. Anyone know what I can do to get my $100. back? Is there any other waymto contact these people or somewhere to lodge a complaint? Thanks so much.

Greg Stratton, the owner of Sharlee Stockfeed can be contacted on his mobile 0417 45* 044. Call NOW and demand your refund. Share this number with as many people you can and post on all other sites where complaints have been lodged. I have spent weeks trying to contact this man and mY work has now paid off by finding his mobile number. I will continue to pursue this man until I and all others have been refunded. This man needs to understand that we all intend to keep the pressure on until he is finally held accountable for his crime.

Sharlee Stockfeeds Ripped Off Goods Never Delivered Fed a Heap of BS
Just like all the other pissed off consumers - Sharlee Stockfeeds takes your money and never delivers! You will get burnt too - don't be sucked in by their cheap prices. 1. you order because their prices look good, fair and cheap. 2. you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait and nothing ever arrives 3. After dozens of emails you will get no response. Try phone calls you get fed tonnes of BS excuses from Greg if they ever answer the phone. I rang and rang all times of day constantly until he answered - its the only way. Excuses given: - item has been dispatched so please wait longer - can't find *** note or courier details as the office 'girls' handle that - can't give *** note number as they ship so many parcel and it take a while to load them into the computer - *** note details provided but turned out to be bogus. Office girls blamed again for incorrect data entry. - courier must have lost it - they will resend immediately (who does that for $200 orders that go missing) - can't process refund as the item needs to be returned I ended up threatening to go to fair trading and was offered a refund. - I asked for it to be done immediately as it had been 9 weeks with no goods to show for it - was told the refund could take upto 72hrs to process because a different company processes the refunds. I said this was BS becuase they charged my card immediate when placing the order - 72 hours later still no refund... I hit the roof big time on the phone. Rand non stop for 4 hours until Greg answered the phone again and every time after he hung up until he got the point - that I wasn't going to let my money go. Then when I said I was going to my bank to report a fraudulent charge to my credit card, then to fair trading....what do you know - within 24hrs the money was refunded to my credit card via an eftpos receipt. . I.e. could have been done any time within the previous 9 weeks in a matter on minutes. This was the first and *** fully last of bogus sites I shop from - learnt my lesson to google for reviews of the online shop before dealing with them. Wish I did that first for Sharlee Stockfeeds as I would have seen all the complaints and steered well clear!!!!

Sharlee Stockfeeds stole my money
I placed an order with Sharlee Stockfeed w/o reading the reviews. My *** mistake. I ordered $60+ of heartworm preventative. Never a package, never a refund, never a response to any of my emails. I have written them 10+ times. I also tried to contact their bank, no way to contact outside of Australia, except by paying for an international call. Not. I have written the owner, the order clerk, everyone having contact info on Sharlee's website. No response. The company exist to steal our money. Never place an order with this compamy. They only post good reviews on their website which have to be made up by them.

well it\'s been about 3 months now and still no word from sharlee stockfeeds&pet supplies. i have sent over a hunderd e-mail and a few phone calls with no answer i guess im just out the $80.00. and yet there web page is still up and running and still ripping off more people everyday.

bought pet supplies from Sharlee Stockfeeds & Pet Supplies paid with credit card never got supplies they will not return phone calls or e-mails this is a very BAD company and there web page should be taken down. i filed a complaint with the feds. don't know if it will do any good. but i can tell you if i lived in australia i would go over there and kick some but. these people SUCK do not buy from Sharlee Stockfeeds & Pet Supplies they are *** and rip offs BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD

Took money over $800.00 and failed to supply
Sharlee stockfeed. Happy to take money but not provide service. Will not return any contact efforts. Have proof of sale. Order placed over 1mth ago on the 18.5.12. Has any body had any success with this company in regards to refund. How did you do it! We are a small family business that cannot afford to throw away large amounts of money. Our order with this crook was over $800.00 paid on the day of order. No supply of goods. No return emails, mobile contact 041745**** person who answers says not Greg Stratton- not heard of him???? I just had a missed call from the gentleman who provided the Mobile number for Greg Sharlee Stockfeeds. It was regarding and order that we placed with the company 18.5.12 and have not received. This order was over $800.00. He has reassured the mobile number for Greg is correct!!!....WE have tried to recontact Greg but no answer. same ole same ole! Non-delivery after charging credit card no response to follow up e-mail or phone calls
I placed the order for 13 kg bag of dog food and despite several follow-ups got no response within 2 weeks. Finally in desperation I asked my credit card provider to reverse the charge, which took about 2 months. I ordered dogfood from alternative supplier, and it was delivered within 3 days. Finally, when I thought this matter was closed, I received a further e-mail from Sharlee stock feeds telling me that my order had been sent, about 3 months after the original order. This organisation it is totally non-responsive in relation to e-mail follow-up, and it does not enter its telephone. I would strongly advise any potential clients to stay well away from this organisation

Another complaint from the US
On 4/20/12 I ordered and paid for a 6 month supply of Comfortis Blue......Since then and many emails and phone calls to Greg, my dog still needs his meds. Who in Austrailia can I report this to. I have seen another company Vital Pets in Australia........how do i KNOW its not another scam? I also have just learned that Comfortis can be sold in Australia but not shipped to the US. Took money did not deliver my meds
I Purchased meds on May 03,2012 from sharlee stockfeeds today is June 11, 2012 and I have not received meds and are unable to contact anyone I left several messages on the answer machine and no call backs. I did call their posted phone numbers many times and sent them a lot of emails. They have not returned any of my many calls or returned any of the many emails that I have sent. I am now looking in to getting my money back through the credit card company and have posted comments on face book and on twitter

Never again
I am due to purchase dog meds again, but not with Sharlee. I purchase from Sharlee last year, took months to receive , after many emails they arrived DAMAGED. We're on a limited budget, it was difficult to think I had been ripped off. Took just days for them to take my money!!!! THEIR EXCUSE: ..death in the family - hence the delay in delivery ---- um sorry, but from what I have read, they are just full of it. I take pleasure in knowing what you reap is WHAT YOU SOW.... we hope you reap big time ---- but hey buddy, don't choke on what you reap - enjoy your shi*te rewards .... they will be short lived :-)

I purchased 2 x Ezy Dog Harnessess on the 21/4/2012 paid with my creditcard and as of today (22/7/2012) have still not received these items. Have sent numerous emails which have gone unaswered to date, but Greg did reply to one of them and said he would look into it and get back to me - i am still waiting.
Item was still pending on order process before the site went down. I have ordered via the internet on numerous occassions and have NEVER experienced anything like this. Going by these previous comments i am now aware of the fact that i will never see these items.
All i can say is buyer beware. :(
Ordered dog food off him a few times and never had a problem until recently when my order has not showed up now he wont answer my emails and calls and the website has dissapeared. So frustrating!
he has recently been to court . Was charged with issues involving horses , not saying in case I slander myself but its on the internet .

My daughter in law went to the store on Sunday and the place is deserted .
He has been advertising stock on Gumtree so is well aware of what is going on .
Police and Dept of Fair Trading could not help me , next step was to send good money after bad and have ACCC investigate ....*** that .
Hopefully my bank will get my money back into my account .
ive had the same problems with this shop, ordered twice of him and the same thing happend twice. i put in a order and didnt hear anything back, get finally on to him, he tells me he will see what happened and call me back.
never called back, called him again after 2 weeks and he send a new bag which arrives 2 days later.. keep on calling him he only has his phone on for a few hours a day..
Dept of fair trading cant contact him either .
They suggest contacting your bank and seeing what they can do .
How can you prove you didn't receive the items ?
I have now written to him , emailed him , phoned his business , home and a mobile number his daughter gave me all to no avail ...
Id like to see A Current Affair do one of those aggressive interviews with him .

I purchased a cat bed nearly 2 months ago, but still haven't got it. I have no idea how to get my $50 back from Sharlee Stockfeeds.
I can't understand how 'Greg' can live with himself! I notified consumer affairs.
I ordered from Sharlee Stockfeeds and after 24 days my order is still pending not even shipped. It seems that Greg is not even concerned about bad publicity; if you do order from him be prepared to lose your money. Worst internet shopping ever.
