I too have been ripped off by this company and Greg Stratton has crossed the wrong guy. I am making it my mission to bring this man to justice and expose him for the true con artisit he is. I implore you to do the following: 1. Contact Corrimal Police 02 4283 ****, we need as many people to complain to this police station 2. Contact the Illawarra Mercury and speak to the news desk 02 4221 **** - trust me there is growing interest from this newspaper 3. Contact A Cuurent Affair at Channel 9 and ask to speak to the Executive Producer of ACA 02 9906 **** and/or click here http://aca.ninemsn.com.au/feedback.aspx 4. Contact the Commonwealth Bank (credit card fraud division) as this bank is the credit card merhant provider for Sharlee Stockfeed also your bank so they can reverse the charge made to your credit card - GOOD LUCK!

Charged credit card and no product

I placed order with Sharlee Stockfeeds and they charged credit card and I have yet to receive the product. i have tried to contact Greg Stratton and he will not respond back to me, i have asked him to credit my card if he is unable to ship, but still no response from him, also no response when calling the business. The order number is 7114, placed january 24, 2012 for 125.00 and still shows pending on their website. i have also asked for proof of delivery but still no response from business. This was the only response i got when my credit card cleared - 01/26/2012 Processing Hi Melissa, Thank you for buying from me. Likewise, I have had problems with this company - slow delivery, supposed parcel lost in post, when order eventually arrived it was short one item. When I tried to contact the company re short-supply, they will not answer phone messages nor respond to emails.

I have had to resort to contacting Dept of Fair Trading. Awaiting outcome.

Order never received and no response from company

After many internet searches and comparison shopping, I placed an order with Sharlee Stockfeeds on April 19, 2012, for Comfortis flea control for dogs. I ordered two weights. I even spoke to someone at the company and asked a question as to the correct dosage for my dogs. He was very friendly and helpful. As of today, June 11, 2012, I have not received the $120 of merchandise or an answer to various emails and telephone calls. My credit card was charged with the merchandise total on April 21, 2012, alonf with a foreign transaction fee. After reading various websites, it appears that this is a very unreliable business.

Please lodge a complaint with: www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au - Also try a chargeback with your credit card provider. There are a lot of us trying to do something about this business. Also a facebook page called: STOP SHARLEE STOCKFEED NOW.

Sharlee Stockfeeds. How to get your money back

To all you consumers both in Australia & overseas who have been ripped off by Greg Stratton, lodge a complaint at www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au. They will follow it up and get your money refunded. They will also have the company investigated if they receive enough complaints. These people should not be in business, but if enough complaints, are raised they won't be. International victims can lodge a complaint online. Greg Stratton is the only fraudulent online retailer I have encounted , but NSW Fair Trading forced him to refund my payment after I had been trying unsuccessfully for months. Don't let him get away with it and get your money back.

I too have done that, funnily NSW Trading Commission have advised that Mr Stratton has told them that he would refund my money. Yeh right!

two weeks later & I am still waiting. I have more hope in winning the lotto. I also create fake accounts on his website and bombard the website daily with negative reviews. Mr Stratton is quick to take them down.

If only he was so attentive to supplying his customers goods. He is blatantly playing his customers for fools and knows how to rort the the system.

He is only too aware that the ACCC and NSW Trading Commission will not do enough to prevent him from trading, & so he continues to scam innocent customers. What a way to earn a living!!

I have done that. Waiting now.

While waiting, I visit their site daily and post bad reviews on there. They remove them and delete my account, but I keep making up new accounts so I can post the reviews.

It annoys them and hopefully other potential victims will see the posts and stay away from this fraudulent website. Keep reporting and complaining people - maybe all together we can shut him down!

Do not deliver product. charged my account

It's been over 6weeks since I ordered value heart. Never received it, but the charge is on m y ch=redit card. I need a refund RIGHT NOW!!! e-mails go unanswered----HELP!!!!!! Not good business. I would think hta you would not want to acquire a bad reputation by not delivering the goods, but also by falsey charging my account. PLEASE ISSSUE A CREDIT, OR AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTESY TO REPLY. I have been very, very patient with you and contacted you 3 times. To no avail. Visa credit co. is not very happy with you- please address this matter immediately.

Everyone needs to keep posting bad reviews on his website. I know they get deleted but if a lot of people keep doing it, there is more chance of potential victims seeing the reviews and not getting ripped off as the rest of us have been.

Sharlee Stockfeeds has failed to deliver order.

Placed and paid for an order on the 23rd April 2012 for...2 x PAW Osteosupport joint care for dogs 150's () = $113.30 plus shipping of $7.80 for total of $121.10 Previous emails met with no answer and now will be forwarding complaint to Consumer Affairs. Considering the number of pissed customers I would have thought the appropriate authorities may have been able to act and close this fraudulent company down. Obviously they are still trading but the question remains as to why and how considering the myriad of complaints that this particular site has received. Many thanks.

Options for Sharlee Stockfeeds customers

I have also ordered goods from Sharlee which have not been delivered and I have had no response to numerous contact attempts by both email and phone. I noticed that Sharlee online transactions go through CommWeb. The email you received when you ordered will contain a receipt number. CommWeb have a "Chargeback" service. You may be able to get your money back if you contact Commbank. Australian & International customers can lodge a complaint online with Fair Trading NSW. They can force Greg to refund your money, I got mine back, and if they get enough complaints his company will be shut down. Don't let him get away with this fraudulent behavior.

I have had the same experience with Sharlee Stockfeeds. I ordered online, but never received the goods.

I sent many emails and only had replies to some of them where I was given excuses such as they were out of stock.

Greg then said he would refund my money but never has. I've not heard back after sending a harsh email informing him that I would be contacting consumer affairs and posting bad reviews

Well after I emailed them a few days ago they've just emailed me saying my order had been updated to 'sent' and then gave a tracking number. Which says it was sent on the 14th...

considering they originally said they sent it out on the 29th of feb...

But as long as I get my order I really don't care!!

I mean things happen, and maybe they don't have the stock on hand all the time and they wait for it to come from somewhere else, but a simple email saying they'd run out or there were problems and that it's taking longer to process than they thought, would've been great! Instead of just down right lying about it.

Although I'm still waiting on the package...

I think your best bet is to annoy them constantly by posting bad reviews on their website. They will probably remove them, but just keep posting them.

Potential customers will see this and stay away.

Do this in conjunction with emails asking for a refund and hopefully you will eventually succeed as they will just want you to go away. I plan to do this.

I'm of course having trouble getting hold of 'Greg' after ordering $300 worth of stuff. I ordered on the 24th of feb and still haven't gotten anything.

He said it would take 5-10 working days to get to me, but it's never taken that long before with anyone else.

The heartbreaking thing is I spent all my money on various horse and dog products, now they are all over due for their worming/flea treatments and the poor dogs are disgustingly itchy and of course I can't afford to buy anything else now! So it's not just my pocket that's suffered but my animals.

Yet another victim to Sharlee Stockfeed

As the same as most people who ordered from this scamer (Greg) never received the producted spend $93. I have phoned and most of the time you get to the answer machine but I did get a hold of him onece and let him know about it and he stated that he will follow it with Australia Post and let me know soon .. Never happened . What I want to know ...why is he still allowed to keep scamming people ? you think after all the complains they would have shut the site down but he is still selling to innocent people .. Come on enough is enough who will be next.

Sharlee Stockfeeds

I ordered monthly Dog heart worm/flea/and wormer medication. I Paid with my credit card, and haven't received the purchased medication. Sharlee Stock feeds will not return any of my emails or inquiries. I felt I had taken all the precautions necessary, by checking their security and reading the reviews posted. I guess thieves can make any website look good! I considered myself duped, and am wondering how long these theives are going to get by with this!! I am going to try to lodge a complaint with the credit card company, but I have probably already waited too long. I assumed it would take a while for an international package to arrive. Gues that will now be never!!! Wish I had known about this website before I ordered from them!!!

Write/email and complain to: (Australia) NSW Fair Trading. They will help you get your money back.

Keep emailing them and posting bad reviews on their website.

They will delete the reviews and your account, just make a new account and keep posting them until you get your money back. Do not give up....

Sharlee Stockfeeds took my money, didn't deliver goods or the promised refund. They are getting a lot of money for nothing and are defrauding many. Lets get together and try and do something about this company. Discuss ways to stop them operating. I agree with Kylphil on the youtube idea. This man was involved in animal cruelty as well as defrauding people. I think social media would be a wonderful way of seeking justice. I have created a youtube channel called stopsharlee. If all of you could email me a video concerning the number of promises, problems, etc with Sharlee Stockfeeds, i will upload it to the youtube channel. I suggest that everyone in NSW report him to the Consumer, Trader, and Tenancy Tribunal. This is the first step. I am currently completing my law degree and will make sure this man gets what he deserves. My mother and sister are lawyers which will provide me with unlimited legal resources.

I have been scammed by Greg too and have made reports to everywhere possible including ACCC Scam Watch, NSW Fair Trading, the website host OsCommerce, my bank, and the place where I found the online site which was a shopping price comparison webpage myshopping.com.au.

If you have been scammed, make your complaints and be careful in communicating with Greg Stratton - he is a scammer and has fooled many!

Email communication ensures you have everything in writing and continuously request a refund which is your right as a consumer.

Be persistant and never give up. He will just continue to make a living from scamming people if we don't do anything about it.

Sharlee Stockfeeds did not deliver 3 bags of Purina Pro Plan as ordered by phone. They lied about my refund on 6 occassions.

The business name should be changed to Sharleton Stockfeeds as I have read many posts from consumers with similar complaints. In will be taking this further.

Ripped off by Sharlee Stockfeeds

we have since writing the complaint received a refund of our money.

but that does not make up for all the stress and phone calls.

My wife and I are in our 70th years and trying to get by on the pension,So when I found a web site where we could buy dog food and tick collars with postage, less than any available locally we ordered. The money was taken out of our credit card account, but time passed and no post. Tried ringing but all you get most time is a answering machine, then when I did get Greg he said it was the post fault and he would look into it and get back. That never happened. So we had to miss out on things for ourselves to be able to buy food for the dogs locally. Not wanting the food now I tried ringing to get my money back, same thing lots of answering machine, but finally Greg who said he would refund to our credit card but this would take a few days.A week has gone by no refund. How can he get so low as to taking money from two aged invalid people, and not do the right thing, a television current affair program should warn others of this low life. How do we get our money back not counting all the phone calls, and hardship?

Did not send out order "again"

I ordered my first order in 2011, took over two months, to receive and had to email Greg several times, he said he would resend. Ordered again in 1/2012 still have not received, after several emails Greg said he would resend this one again also. Same story every time. Turns out this is a 3 man operation and obviously they cannot or will not keep up with orders. Will not be ordering again. They should be shut down. I don't know if I can get my money back from my bank. I am in USA and going to just chalk it up to my own stupidity. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Sharlee stockfeeds took my money, didn't supply the goods or the promised refund. They don't answer emails and remove all bad reviews from their website. Everybody burnt by this company needs to get together and try and do something about them. To date, I have lodged complaints with the ACCC, Fair Trading and have found out who hosts their website and complained to them as well (they are violating their service agreement and if there are enough complaints, they possibly could be shut down). I have managed to get a refund after annoying them constantly with bad reviews (maybe that worked, who knows? but I got my money back) Have reported them everywhere I could think of.

There are a lot of us now banding together to stop this guy.

Keep going everyone - don't give up. Tell your story to 'A Current Affair' maybe if enough complaints, they will do a story on them and they will be exposed for what they are FRAUDS!

Sharlee Stockfeeds are a bunch of thieves! They stole $100 from me without delivering my goods. My animals are suffering and my hip pocket is burnt. I will be reporting them to Commbank, ACCC and seeking legal action to recover my money. I suggest everyone do the same to shut these buggers down! Greg you ought to be ashamed of yourself. Get yourself a moral education! This will be the last time I order anything from you. Clearly there are countless disgruntled customers out there. The sooner your website is shut down the better. Shame shame shame shame on you!!

Ordered online, debited my credit card and didn't send item

The same story as other complaints. Took my order, debited my credit card - then 3 weeks later no item. Sent numerous emails saying if they can't supply, then please return my payment. No answer. I left a negative review on their website. It disappeared overnight. I urge people to go to Sharlee Stockfeeds website, select 'my account', sign in. Then go to 'order history' on top right, click on 'write review' and add your say. My previous bad review was deleted, so I did another one. I intend to visit the website every day, and if my review was deleted, I will add another and I will continue to do so until I get my item or a refund. Hopefully if the bad reviews are seen. it will help stop other people from being ripped off. (By the way, if you read the reviews, you will see that quite a few were written by Greg himself). I have ordered some boots online, the money has been debited from my debit card but the boots have not arrived. I wanted to write a review so that no one else will experience the same but there is no where on site to write a review!

no suprise. Seeing as I have never written a review before I wouldnt know if this is something I can set up. I want everyone to know not to order from this site.
