They are a total rip off.. and do not send the product

I ordered the heartworm/flea meds from them over a month ago with confirmation from GREG that it would be posted within 3ays and shipped and received in 10-20 days. It never came. I have emailed GREG over and over with no response. It has now been 6 weeks and still nothing. What a total scam. I think they need to be shut down and the secure site that takes your money needs to stop allowing them to be in business. But all in all WE are the only ones who can really make sure this does not happen to any other innocent people by spreading the word.. GREG you should be ashamed of yourself.. there are animals who were dependent on your product and owners whom may not have the money now to go and purchase another box of this medicine locally because YOU stole our money..

Sharlee Stockfeeds have not sent my order either

I ordered from Sharlee Stockfeeds on 28 January (Saturday) and was charged $343.25 on Monday 30 January for the dog food, cat food and kitty litter I ordered. I had ordered from them before and all orders took at least a couple of weeks to arrive so I ordered early to allow for this. One week later on 4 Feb I received the email - processing and will post within 3 business days. On 10 Feb I sent email asking where my order was as I ordered 2 weeks ago. On 13 Feb I sent another email asking the same as they had not replied. On 14 Feb Greg sent email saying he would follow up tomorrow. On 15 Feb I sent email saying I had ordered from elsewhere as I had placed order 18 days ago and please credit the $343.25. Have since sent 3 more emails and still no response. Dont order from this company, they are a rip off. And if you google Greg Stratton cruelty you will also find he is not a nice man at all and cant believe he even selling animal products. Maybe he is trying to get the fine money, vet fees etc together to pay what the court ordered. I am putting in a complaint to NSW Fair Trading to try and stop others from being ripped off too. He just gave me a refund today. I threatened him and told him I was going to call the cops.

I got a refund 3 days later.

Keep threatening Greg Stratton and he will get scared and do the right thing. I hope someone in Australia reports this guy to the cops.

Didn't send antibtiotics for my birds

I ordered 500gm Triple C antibiotics from Sharlee's and despite phone calls and numerous emails I received no response and no antibiotics. Not until I threatened them with consumer affairs did Greg finally email me to say that my invoice had been filed away, and had I not persisted the product would not have been sent. So Greg retrieved my order and sent it, but it took two months. Oh, quick to take money but reluctant to hand over product. Never, will I order from them again, and I do believe they should not be permitted to advertise online.

ORDER TAKEN SO LONG

HAVE ORDER 4 CLEANERS , TAKEN 3 MTHS TO GET THEM , ONLY FIND ONLY GOT 3 ONE WAS 1/4 OF IT WAS SPILLED . GOT IN CONTACT WITH THEM THEY SAY THEY HAVE SENT ME EMAILS EXPLAINING AND HAVE PUT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT . I DID NOT GET ANY EMAILS ABOUT THAT AND I CHECK INTO ACCOUNT NOTHING THERE. I HAVE SENT THEM THAT MANY EMAILS AND ONLY GOT 4FROM THEM , THE FIRST TO TELL ME IT ON THE WAY , 2ND IT BEEN SENT , 3RD TO SAY THAT THEY HAVE REFUNED ME THE OTHER ONE WAS DETAILS THAT ALL . I WOULD BUY ALOT FROM THEM IF THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE BUT CANT TRUST THEM WOULD NOT GO TO THEM AGAIN .

Sharlee stockfeeds has not delived pet meds

On the 20th of feb. 2012, I odered 77.00 worth of flea med. from this company. They took my money and have not delivered my products. It is now March 15th, and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. I want my product sent or my money refunded. This not only effects me, but the health of my animals. I dont have the extra money to get them from somewhere else till my money is returned. These meds took care of their fleas, worms, mange and my animals need this. Why would someone do this? This feed company has litterally taken my money and run.

Sharlee Stockfeeds/Greg Stratton

Ordered fr5om Sharlee three times before and no problem. Ordered Comfortis,Frontline, and NuHeart. Six weeks later still no shipment. Contacted Greg 3-4 times with no response. Contacted PayPal and had my money back in 24 hours. He seemed to be well known with PayPal too. You can find him on Facebook also at Greg Stratton/ australia. Let him know this won't be tolerated. He used to run a reputable business, I guess he let it all go to ***. Hope he finds his way there too! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS A--H-LE !!! Thanks for letting me vent.

March 6, 2012 I ordered from Sharllee Stock feeds almost $200 worth of Comfortis. After several attempts to contact this company Greg Stratton replied that the order must have been lost in route and that he would resend.

It's now May 15, 2012 and still have not recieved my order.

And attempts to contact this company by e-mail or phone have been without reply at all. I wish there was a very loud way to warn other potential victims to not trust this company.

Sharlee Stockfeeds scammed me

I ordered nearly $70 worth of food from them on the 25th of Jan 2012 and as of the 24 of Feb 2012 there has been no delivery and no response to my emails requesting a refund. I rang once and spoke to a woman who claimed Greg had been so busy lately he probably hadn't had time to email people that their deliveries had been sent. She promised me Greg would ring me when he was back (no time frame given). This never happened of course. Also since ordering and supplying my email I have started to receive spam regularly whereas before I rarely had spam in my gmail account. I believe they may be selling our information. Avoid at all costs people! I will talk to the Victorian police about them to get charges of fraud laid against them.

I am another victim of Sharlee Stockfeeds and how I wish I had googled the company before paying.This is the first time I have encountered a dishonest supplier on the net. Greg Stratton is a disgrace to the internet retail industry. I ordered a month ago and apart from getting an email claimimg it was sent and would follow up with Austrailia Post, I have been unable to get any further response to my emails

Same exact thing Happened to me as well I ordered $70 worth of things in January and didn't receive my order either. He returned my call once and told me he would call back and never did. I called him twice after that and still no response.

Sharlee Stockfeeds commits mail fraud.

I placed an order for just under $300 of supplies, and a few days later Sharlee e-mailed to say my order had shipped. Three weeks later it had not arrived, so I sent a follow-up e-mail. I actually had to send 3 e-mails before receiving a reply from Greg Stratton stating that he would track my package. I did not hear anything back and sent several more e-mails before receiving another response that the package had been lost and a duplicate shipment would be sent at no charge. Several weeks passed without any package. I again went through the process of trying to contact them several times, finally receiving a response offering a refund to my credit card. My card was not credited, and I again e-mailed several times. Greg Stratton finally replied, saying that he thought the bank had already processed the refund and would follow up. As before, nothing happened and there was no further contact from them. After 3 months of unproductive effort, I gave up. I wish I had checked this company out before ordering, as there are many complaints posted on the Internet. Greg Sharlee is either a deliberate scam artist or the most disorganized and incompetent businessman on the planet. Stay away unless you live close by and can visit Sharlee personally with law enforce in tow.

Sharlee Stockfeeds ***FRAUD***

I ordered the revolution on 1/3/12, the funds cleared my account on 1/5/12. (including an additional fee that I wasn't aware of) Here it is 2/15/12 and I still have not received the revolution. I was due to give it to my cat yesterday. I guess I should have googled them before ordering because all I see are complaints from customers that either said Sharlee never return emails and/or they never received the meds that they ordered. I have to agree with them since I emailed them on 1/12/12 and 2/12/12and still have not received a response OR the medication that I ordered. Order Number: 6772 SHARON CURRY

Sharlee Stockfeeds = fraud

I placed an order for Comfortis 12/5/11 and it posted to my credit card 12/6/11. It is 1/10/12 and I still have not gotten my Comfortis order. "Greg" responded to my inquiry once on 12/30/11 but has not replied to my two inquires since. I contacted my credit card company. They are going to get the money back from Sharlee and credit my account for the $63.50. I also had to pay an international transaction fee which I will lose. It would have been about the same price to just buy this from my vet. My name is Allyson Scott. Order # 6406.

Sharlee Stockfeeds takes money, doesn't deliver!!

Order #5062, July 2011, I ordered over $100 in pet meds to try this company. August 2011 no meds so emailed Greg who said it had been mailed. October 2011 email Greg to cancel the order since it obviously had not been sent, and refund my money. He agreed and said it would take up to five days. You guessed it, nothing happened. It has been six months of nothing but cheating and lies. Unfortunately, my credit card company can do nothing. I recently wrote Greg again to say that not only will I do my best to spread the word of this company's practices, but I will never again order anything from Australia.

Item took 2 months to receive!

Item was order on 28 dec 11, they managed to take the money off my credit card straight away. However after an email saying the item had been shipped it was never received. Two phone calls and multiple emails later all from my end I advised I had purchased the item from elsewhere and wanted an immediate refund. After this email, the item ended up in the post that week (late feb) after they claimed it had been lost in the post and that they didn't receive the email regarding my refund. When I posted the item back the lady I spoke with advised that it would take 2-10 for the refund to be processed and then argued that it has only been 2 months not 3 to receive the item/refund. Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else! There are plenty of other sites that have the same prices and don't give you the hassles. So much for customer service!!!

Stay away from this company, they are scam artist. Greg Stratton will steal your money and not deliver any products.

Did not receive my meds, wont return email

Used Sharlee before w/o a problem. This time I did not receive the heartworm preventative I ordered and they wont return my email inquiring why. I have emailed everyday since the alloted time that I should have received the product with out a response. I have tried to call and again no answer or response. I have resorted to emailing 2 or 3 emails a day just to inundate them so they have to pay attention but still no reply. My dogs are overdue for thier preventative now since I havent gotten my order. Ordered in plenty of time to have it before it was needed.

Sharlee Stockfeeds

I ordered Nuhart Heartworm pills for my dog on January 19, 2012 from Sharlee Stockfeeds and I still have not received my order. Sharlee Stockfeeds credited my credit card for more money than the cost of the Heartworm pills but never mailed them to me. I just went into my account with them and checked my orders and it says it is still processing and I have emailed them three times and called them once but still on answer from them. I believe from all the reviews I have just read on here that they are comitted fraud with all the customers buying from them including me. I don't know what is going on because I have bought from them in the past but this is the result of dealing with them I am having now. I don't know what to do to get either my order from them or my money back from them.

SHARLEE STOCKFEEDS IS A RIP-OFF!

I ordered comfortis flea pills for my dog from Sharlee's online site on Oct 28th 2011. After several weeks, I emailed them and Greg responded saying delivery takes 2-4 weeks to the US. I have not received the product and he will not answer my emails. Do not order from Sharlee! They will take your money but will not deliver the product. This company is out of Australia. He will tell you it taked 2-4 weeks to ship to US. That is a bunch of bull! I work hard for my money and this guy is a scam artist.

In all fairness, I harassed Sharlee and he finally returned my money. I would never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone else. I was relentless and I gues he got tired of hearing from me!
